Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
Keto Bacon Cheeseburger casserole is a crowd pleaser. Also, great for any weeknight quick keto dinner!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces bacon
- 1 small onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup Primal Organic Unsweetened Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Keto Mayonaise
- 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Keto Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 cup Trader Joes Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup white chedder cheese (shredded)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 and add the ground beef, oil, salt, and pepper and cook till browned.
- Fry the bacon in a frying pan on high heat or cook in the microwave untill crispy.
- Drain the bacon fat and add the bacon to the hamburger meat.
- Add the ketchup, mayonaise, mustard, garlic, worcestershire sauce, and half of the cheese into the beef and mix it together until blended.
- Place the beef micture into a casserole dish.
- In a medium sized bowl, wish together the heavy whipping cream and the eggs and pour over the ground beef.
- Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese over the top and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
