Keto Butter Biscuits
You'll love this simple, made from scratch, Keto Butter Biscuit recipe. It's a southern breakfast favorite you are sure to enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups of Baker's Corner Finely Ground Almond Flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 teapoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted; 2 reserved for topping)
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine almond flour, salt, baking bowder and garlic powder in a large bowl and set aside
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream and 4 tablespoons of butter whisking until smooth
- Add the dry ingredients to this bowl
- Add cheese and mix the batter until well blended
- Use a 1/4 cup scoop and place batter into divided silicone muffin pan or cups.
- Bake until the tops are golden brown (about 15 minutes)
- Remove from pan and top with additional butter
