Keto Cornbread and Milk
Keto Cornbread and milk is a southern tradition and one you won't have to miss anymore. This makes the perfect Keto Snack or even a replacement for cereal!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk (reserved to pour over)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Pour the cornbread mixture into a silicone bread pan and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes
- Pour 1/2 cup of toasted coconut almond milk into a cup add stevia to taste and then crumble in 2 slices of cornbread.
- Eat and enjoy!
