Keto Crab Cakes

 Keto Crab Cakes are quick and easy to make when you crave a little seafood. It goes great with most keto side dishes!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1/3 cup minced onions
  • 1/3 cup finely diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/3 cup Keto Mayo (see condiment recipes to make this)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg (whisked)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients except coconut oil, until fully mixed.
  • Form 8 round cakes and lightly sprinkle a little extra almond flour to coat the cakes.
  • In a medium frying pan heat the coconut oil on medium to high heat and carefully place the cakes in the skillet.
  • Cook for 5 to 8 minutes per side or until each side turns golden brown.
  • Squeeze 1 to 2 fresh limes over the cakes when they are done. (optional)
