Keto Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
This creamy sugar-free Keto Fudge is super easy to make and sure to become one of your favorite low-carb keto approved favorites!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cups Simply Nature Creamy Peanut Butter
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Stevia Clear Liquid Stevia
- 2 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a square 8-inch pan with wax paper
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the peanut butter, butter, vanilla, salt and stevia and whisk using a fork until smooth
- Remove from heat and whisk in the coconut flour
- Using a rubber spatula, pour the mixture into the prepared pan
- Cover and place in the freezer until set (approximately 1.5 hours)
- Cut into 25 squares and serve
- Keep leftovers (if there are any) in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container
