Keto Hash Browns
This low-carb breakfast recipe is delicious and Keto friendly. Easy to make cheesy cauliflower Hash Browns are the bomb diddy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cauliflower rice ( 1/2 head)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/2 cup yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 3 teaspoons arrowroot powder
- Himilayan pink salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grate cauliflower and transfer to a medium bowl
- In a medium bowl, add Cauliflower, egg, onion, cheddar cheese, and arrowroot powder seasoning with salt and pepper .
- Heat a skillet on medium and add spoonfuls of the cauli-mixture shaping into a patty.
- Cook until crispy brown (approximately 5 minutes), flip and cook an additional 5 minutes or so.
- Enjoy warm
