Keto Homemade Guacamole

Keto Homemade Guacamole anyone? This is sure to become your favorite guacamole recipe. It's a quick, easy, "great for dipping anything" crowd-pleaser!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 avocados, net carbs (ripe)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • pinch Pyure stevia powder (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Split avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop out from the skin.
  • Place contents into a small mixing bowl and mash the avocados with a fork for chunkier consistency or mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add all of the spices and mix well until blended.
  • Store guacamole in the fridge for about 45 minutes to an hour to get cold.
