Keto Jalapeno Popper Dip
Keto comfort food at its finest; this Keto Jalapeno Popper Dip is low-carb, keto friendly and coach approved!
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of Keto 2 Minute Mayonnaise (or Primal Mayo)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles
- 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Grease an iron skillet with butter and transfer ingredients mixture from your bowl.
- Top with jalapeno slices and additional cheese and bake approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove and serve with Keto Cheese-It Crackers, veggie sticks or Keto Doritos
