Keto No Bake Fudge Cookies
You are sure to love the Keto No Bake Fudge Cookies. And you thought those days were gone; nope, these are easy, low-carb, and Keto approved!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Smucker's Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2.5 tablespoons Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Pyure Stevia
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat the butter, peanut butter, and cocoa together over medium-low heat until almost completely melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and continue stirring until fully melted.
- Remove from heat, add Stevia, vanilla extract and combine well. Then add the chopped pecans and coconut into the saucepan and stir until everything is well blended together.
- Using a measuring tablespoon, scoop mixture out, one tablespoon at a time and place onto the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate or freeze until firm.
