Keto Parmesan Green Beans
INGREDIENTS
- 12-ounces green beans (fresh)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Himalayan Pink Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (optional; to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a basking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, egg, basil, salt and pepper and thoroughly combine.
- Add green beans to the bowl tossing until coated
- Add parmesan cheese and lightly toss
- Place green beans on baking sheet and bakke approximately 15 minutes until golden
- Turn broiler on high and bake a couple of minutes more until crispy.
