Keto Peanut Butter Pie
This rich, creamy, no-bake Keto Peanut Butter Pie is sure to delight your taste buds and become one of your favorite Keto Desserts!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/4 cups Smuckers Organic Chunky Peanut Butter
- 6 scoops Pyrue Stevia Powder
- 1 1/2 cups Almond flour
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour 2 cups heavy whipping cream in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the stevia powder and peanut butter and using a hand mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream about 3 to 5 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
- Add in the almond flour to the mixture and stir it in by hand using a spoon until it is fully incorporated.
- Pour the pie mixture into an 8 1/2 inch pie pan and spread evenly.
- Place the pie in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove pie from freezer and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or until it thaws enough where you can cut into 12 servings.
