Keto Pecan Pie Fat Bombs

Keto Pecan Pie Fatbombs are Keto legal, easy and delicious and the perect after-dinner keto snack!

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tbsp pecans, finely ground
  • 3 tbsp Trader Joe's Just Almond almond meal (or regular almond flour)
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 15 drops of liquid stevia (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans (reserved for covering)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine butter and sweetener and beat on medium speed with an electric mixer.
  • Add almond flour and ground pecans and beat until blended.
  • Cover and freeze the dough for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Bring the dough out of the refrigerator and roll into balls about 1 tablespoon in size.
  • Freeze the balls for 15 minutes
  • Remove from the freezer androll each ball in remaining chopped pecans.
