Keto Pecan Pie Fat Bombs
Keto Pecan Pie Fatbombs are Keto legal, easy and delicious and the perect after-dinner keto snack!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp pecans, finely ground
- 3 tbsp Trader Joe's Just Almond almond meal (or regular almond flour)
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 15 drops of liquid stevia (or to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans (reserved for covering)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine butter and sweetener and beat on medium speed with an electric mixer.
- Add almond flour and ground pecans and beat until blended.
- Cover and freeze the dough for approximately 30 minutes.
- Bring the dough out of the refrigerator and roll into balls about 1 tablespoon in size.
- Freeze the balls for 15 minutes
- Remove from the freezer androll each ball in remaining chopped pecans.
