Keto Pickled Red Onions
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup thinkly sliced red onion
- 1 cup water
- 5 tablepooons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/4 teaspooon whole peppercorns
- 12 drops liquid stevia (adjust to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a glass mason jar, cover the jar and refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- These will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
