Keto Pizza Roll Ups
Who needs unhealthy pizza rolls, our Keto Pizza Roll Ups are quick and easy to prepare and they are the Ultimate Keto Snack!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 15 slices pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon basil seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano seasoning
- 1 teaspoon parsley seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, basil, Italian seasoning, parsley, and oregano in to a mixing bowl and mix together with a spoon or a fork until incorporated.
- Place the cheese mixture into a round 9 inch silicone baking dish spreading evenly. Cover the top with pepperoni or any other topping you prefer. (I use silicone baking dishes mainly for the nonstick effect but you could substitute with a microwave safe plate but bear in mind that if you use a plate the cheese is subject to stick. You can mitigate this by using some olive oil or butter and grease the plate.)
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted together and the edges begin to turn a little brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes or until you can remove the cheese safely from the dish. It will look like a crust less pizza.
- Once removed from the dish, roll the entire pizza up into a long log.
- Slice the log into 5 equal parts.
- Serve with or without marinara sauce.
