Keto Pork Chops and Gravy
Best Keto Pork Chops recipe along with the Gravy is a sure winner. This very simple and easy recipe is great when wanting to prepare a quick easy meal that tastes great! As a side note the gravy pairs well with our Keto Cauli Mash!
INGREDIENTS
Pork Chops
- 16 ounces boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Gravy
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced rosemary
- 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Pork Chop
- In a frying pan on medium to high heat add 2 tablespoons of butter
- Season both sides of the Pork Chops with the Salt and Pepper to taste
- Place in the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side or until the center of the meat has reached 165 degrees F.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside but keep the pan warm
Gravy
- Add to the pan 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and 2 teaspoons of minced rosemary and fry in warm skillet until fragrant
- Next turn off the stove and add 4 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream and mix well in the skillet until it begins to turn brown and a gravy texture is formed
- Once gravy is formed remove from the pan and place in a bowl
- Serve over the pork chops or as a side dish.
