Keto Praline Supremes
Pralines anyone? These low-carb, keto delights are super easy to make and have a supreme buttery pecan flavor that you are sure to love!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
- 6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/8 teaspoon of Pyure Stevia (single ingredient)
- 5 tablespoons butter (divided)
- ¼ tsp. vanilla
- pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine 4 tablespoon of the butter with the sweetener and cream over medium heat stirring until well combined.
- Cook until it turns golden brown. Be careful not to let it burn.
- Remove from heat and quickly add the remaining tablespoon of butter and vanilla stirring until smooth.
- Add the salt and toasted pecans. Drop spoonfuls onto on wax paper. Place them into the freezer for 20-30 minutes until firm.
