Keto Seven Layer Dip
Keto 7-Layer Dip make is amazing for dipping pork rinds in. This Low-Carb taco dip is easy to prepare and makes the Perfect Keto Appetizer!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce Keto Easy Taco Seasoning (divided)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 1/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 pound grass fed ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl combine 1 tablespoon Keto Easy Taco Seasoning with the sour cream and set aside.
- In a skillet cook the ground beef until it is done and then add 1/4 cup of water and the remainder of the taco seasoning and cook until the water has reduced. Remove and let cool completely.
- In an 8x8 glass dish, layer the ingredients as follows: beef, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, green onions, and olives.
- Once cooled completely serve with plain pork rinds.
