Keto Seven Layer Dip

 Keto 7-Layer Dip make is amazing for dipping pork rinds in. This Low-Carb taco dip is easy to prepare and makes the Perfect Keto Appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ounce Keto Easy Taco Seasoning (divided)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound grass fed ground beef
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a small bowl combine 1 tablespoon Keto Easy Taco Seasoning with the sour cream and set aside.
  • In a skillet cook the ground beef until it is done and then add 1/4 cup of water and the remainder of the taco seasoning and cook until the water has reduced. Remove and let cool completely.
  • In an 8x8 glass dish, layer the ingredients as follows: beef, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, green onions, and olives.
  • Once cooled completely serve with plain pork rinds.
