Keto Simple Stuffing
Keto Simple Stuffing is perfect for any holiday gathering. It's surprisingly delicious and oh so buttery. It's sure to delight your taste buds!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Keto Mini Bread Rolls (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. Italian Blend Seasoning, dried
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. each Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. each Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seasoning
- 3 tbsp. Butter (melted)
- 2 stalks Celery (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Leeks (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil (1 reserved for drizzle)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crumble the keto bread, drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil and bake for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Sauté chopped veggies in one olive oil for approximately 2 minutes to enhance flavor.
- Mix together with melted butter and chicken broth
- Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 10 minutes
- Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes then remove from oven and serve.
