Talk about delicious, these Keto Sloppy Joes bring back an old favorite without all the carbs. Great for any quick weeknight dinner!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (unrefined)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 15 ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard 
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Place coconut oil in a large skillet and melt
  • Add garlic and onion and saute on medium-high heat
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned
  • Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low until most of the liquid evaporates (approximately 15 minutes)
  • Scoop onto Keto hamburger buns and serve
