Keto Sloppy Joes
Talk about delicious, these Keto Sloppy Joes bring back an old favorite without all the carbs. Great for any quick weeknight dinner!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (unrefined)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 15 ounce can of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place coconut oil in a large skillet and melt
- Add garlic and onion and saute on medium-high heat
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low until most of the liquid evaporates (approximately 15 minutes)
- Scoop onto Keto hamburger buns and serve
