Keto Easy Garlic Mash
This keto recipe for cauliflower mashed 'potatoes' is creamy, smooth, and the perfect low carb Keto replacement for starchy potatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed until very soft
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. crushed garlic
- 4 oz. cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Steam the cauliflower until it's very soft. Drain the well and use a blender to blend with other ingredients until completely smooth.
- Top with some melted butter and sprinkle with some dill weed.
- Reheat, serve and enjoy!
NOTES:
Be sure to drain the cauliflower very well so you don't end up with cauliflower soup!
